Position Overview:

This is a flexible role that requires you to provide support across various branches as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify unexpressed financial needs that our institution can address.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to evaluate their overall needs, followed by summarizing, recommending, and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Maintain and nurture a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach via phone and email.
  • Process daily transactions while identifying opportunities for cross-selling to generate new business and enhance service offerings.
  • Be an innovative and self-motivated member of our team, eager to contribute to the long-term success of our organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the banking or financial services sector; five years preferred.
  • Ability to engage clients, initiate conversations, build rapport, and address objections effectively.
  • Comfortable discussing personal financial matters with clients.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel to various branches as staffing needs arise.
  • Reliable transportation is essential for travel within the designated area.

Preferred Education/Training:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with DNA software is a plus.
  • NMLS certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range: $19.87 to $32.85.
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Paid time off accrual up to 16 days per year, subject to policy limits.
