Do you possess skills in mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, or similar trades? Are you an exceptional RV technician? If so, we invite you to consider joining our service team as a Certified RV Technician. Our bustling dealership is seeking diligent individuals with a positive mindset to support our expanding full-service RV dealership and repair center. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. You may focus on maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our mission is to transform the customer experience regarding RV repairs and maintenance, operating with honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose issues with RVs
  • Communicate repair needs and additional service requests with service advisors
  • Coordinate work procedures in collaboration with the shop foreman
  • Track repair times and keep RV service advisors updated
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding RV care and operation
  • Document all repairs and maintain accurate records
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal
  • Engage in learning through various training methods
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc.
  • Certification as a Technician (RVTI preferred)
Compensation:
  • Annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $110,000, depending on experience
