Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to identify unexpressed financial needs that our bank can address.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to evaluate clients' current situations and future needs, followed by summarizing, recommending, and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Maintain and nurture a portfolio of clients through proactive communication via phone and email.
  • Process daily transactions while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
  • Contribute innovatively to our team, demonstrating self-motivation and a desire to support the long-term success of First Financial Northwest.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the banking or financial services sector; five years preferred.
  • Ability to connect with customers, initiate conversations, build rapport, and manage objections.
  • Comfortable discussing personal finances with clients.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel to various branches as needed.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
Preferred Education/Training
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with DNA software is a plus.
  • NMLS certification is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $19.87 to $32.85 per hour, along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.
