Are you skilled in mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, or other trades? Do you excel as an RV technician? If so, we invite you to consider joining our service team. Our thriving dealership is in search of a Certified RV Technician to enhance our rapidly expanding full-service RV dealership and repair facility. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. You may focus on maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our mission is to transform the customer experience in RV repairs and maintenance, operating with honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and assess RV issues
- Communicate repair needs and additional service requests with service advisors
- Collaborate with the shop foreman to plan work procedures
- Track repair time and provide regular updates to the RV service advisor
- Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding RV care and operation
- Document all repairs and maintain accurate records
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal
- Engage in learning through various training methods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring
- Certification as a Technician (RVTI preferred)
- Annual salary range of $65,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
