AWS Business Development Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives and programs for AWS Industries (AWSI). As a key member of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will be responsible for defining, establishing, and facilitating the implementation of internal business mechanisms to accelerate service adoption and deliver business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the WWSO team to drive domain initiatives and KPIs, acting as the Pillar feedback loop for AWSI and WW team.
- Collaborate with industry specialists, IBU, worldwide teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, execute, and continually improve business programs.
- Deep dive into data to prepare business insights and recommendations to drive business results.
- Constantly innovate and improve programs and program management mechanisms, suggesting new ideas, sharing best practices, and improving the business and customer engagement model.
- Evaluate effectiveness of GTM programs from AWSI perspective and provide feedback on how to improve and enhance, including sharing best practices.
- Ensure alignment between initiatives, WWSO, and IBU teams, removing GTM blockers and accelerating escalations to resolution.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
