Contract Clerk Position

Stevens Creek Nissan, a member of the Bakhtiari Auto Group, is seeking a skilled Contract Clerk to join our Administration team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle sales contracts in accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare payoff checks for trade-in vehicles, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Process and register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Bill out dealer trade and wholesale sales, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Verify and post contract funding, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile all corresponding schedules, maintaining a high level of organizational skills.
  • Process and maintain clean accounting schedules, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Process broker payments and maintain broker files, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills to handle high volumes of paperwork, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with people well, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Valid CA driver's license, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
