Position Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to deliver comprehensive administrative and project support to our Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage and optimize the calendars of the SVP of Sales and CEO, assisting with time management and prioritization.
- Organize and coordinate leadership team and company-wide meetings, including developing agendas and distributing minutes.
- Lead the planning and execution of company events, such as off-sites, workshops, and team-building activities.

2. Presentations and Communication
- Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure presentation materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive appearance.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring timely communication of necessary information.
- Represent the leadership team positively and contribute to a constructive corporate culture.

3. Administrative Duties
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, as well as prepare expense reports.
- Organize documents, create and proofread correspondence, and maintain organized files.
- Provide ad hoc project management support as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong ability to create and edit various documents, including letters, emails, presentations, and contracts.
- Excellent attention to detail, responsibility, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
