Key Responsibilities:


Quote Management:
Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of quotes to orders, exercising independent judgment while adhering to established policies and procedures. Manage intricate proposal and contract creation processes, collaborating with various teams to clearly articulate customer needs, business rationale, and deal value.


Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with sales leadership to comprehend close plans and timelines for significant deals. Provide strategic insights, deal structuring, review, and policy guidance to sales teams to optimize current and future revenue while maintaining an acceptable risk profile based on product line and deal value.


Administer the approval process for complex and high-stakes sales transactions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements while expediting sales velocity and adhering to operational policies, accounting standards, and legal practices.


Communication & Administration:
Ensure that non-standard requests from Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers are communicated with clarity and precision, accompanied by sufficient justification.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing intricate sales processes and familiarity with quote-to-cash methodologies.
- Strong grasp of pricing strategies and contract management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
