Your Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be essential to our call center operations, managing customer accounts and resolving inquiries with a strong focus on quality.

You will utilize our CRM system to maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and critical insights.
Promote the benefits of an in-home consultation to arrange appointments for our Field Sales Representatives.
Collaborate with the external sales team to guarantee smooth customer interactions.
Respond to all voicemails and inquiries with the enthusiasm that characterizes our call center.
Demonstrate a passion for sales and customer service that resonates throughout the team.
