Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Jacobson Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance industry setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry regulations and policies.
