Position Overview: This seasonal part-time role requires a motivated, proactive, and energetic individual to assist the Community Engagement Department during game nights. Responsibilities include supporting various initiatives and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with game night initiatives and fundraising activities, including but not limited to:
    • Raffles
    • Auctions
    • Fundraising Merchandise
    • Community Support Programs
    • Social Media Engagement
    • Additional tasks as assigned
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Required Qualifications:
  • Availability to work all home games, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to arrive 2 to 3 hours prior to events and stay approximately 1 hour after.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with fans, donors, and volunteers.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to the organization’s interests.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in large-scale community events.
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay: Starting at $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Overtime eligibility.

Working Conditions:
  • Minimal travel may be required.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
