Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a game designer in the game industry.
  • Experience working with third-party developers to build great content.
  • Experience creating and documenting high-quality design guidelines and development strategies.
  • Proven track record of shipping games on time and on budget.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates process and capabilities in crafting compelling gameplay.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA, technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience creating end-to-end game experiences from concept to shipping.
  • In-depth knowledge of game theory and design best practices.
  • Experience building games in a wide variety of genres and platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
