Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Product Manager, you will spearhead business performance objectives by delivering actionable product insights and recommendations that will define the identity of FC Mobile.
This position demands a high level of collaboration, necessitating engagement with cross-functional teams across various regions.
You will collaborate with fellow PMs, analysts, designers, community managers, and developers to extract learnings that will shape the growth strategy of the product.
Your role will involve balancing qualitative and quantitative data to clearly identify where to focus efforts to achieve our growth targets.
As the leading mobile sports game globally, possessing expert knowledge of mobile free-to-play best practices and feature sets is essential for success.
This position reports directly to the Director of Product Management within the FC Mobile team.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics; experience with mobile free-to-play games is essential.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Experience in driving business performance metrics across diverse teams.
- Ability to translate design concepts into business objectives and targets.
- Data-driven mindset with critical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Passion for creating enjoyable, compelling, and engaging user experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to apply scientific methods to test qualitative hypotheses with quantitative data.
- Strong interest in analyzing games, systems, features, and core game loops.
- Curiosity to understand market dynamics and key players.
- Experience in managing or a deep understanding of sports games or character collector games is a plus.
- A degree in a quantitative or technical field (math, economics, data science, engineering, or finance), or an MBA is preferred.
