Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership, production, and development teams to streamline communication and enhance collaboration across departments regarding procurement and vendor management.
- Work alongside legal and finance teams to facilitate the execution of agreements and purchase orders.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure that new vendors receive a top-tier experience.
- Manage organization-wide initiatives related to software and hardware procurement and distribution for various teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Amazon systems for billing, onboarding, procurement, accruals, and security reviews.
- Improve visibility into the procurement process for business leads and production teams.
Daily Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Game Producers, Technology Leads, and Quality Assurance teams to allow them to focus on development.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance procurement, vendor management, and onboarding processes for efficiency and quality.
- Create comprehensive workflow documentation detailing the onboarding of new vendors and contractors, along with the management of procurement and vendor processes.
- Translate customer needs into actionable tasks and collaborate with department leadership for prioritization.
- Collect, prioritize, and manage customer-reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify, document, and communicate project scope, timelines, risks, and issues across multiple time zones.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
- Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in supporting title development, release, or live operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in driving end-to-end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels.
- Strong background in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
