Customer Service Representative - Remote Position

Overview of the Role

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or public relations is advantageous.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capable of utilizing a computer for job-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with group health benefits is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
