Position Overview:
The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our team by facilitating group enrollments, managing renewal processes, and performing various administrative tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attach applications to the relevant client files within Microsoft CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide assistance to Account Managers and Benefits Consultants.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries.
- Prepare demographic data for new groups and renewals.
- Act as a liaison for brokers regarding associated health plan renewals.
- Create and distribute open enrollment materials, including benefits guidebooks and election forms.
- Update and maintain files and templates as needed.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of benefits records, including enrollment forms and plan documents.
- Process and manage benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Update our website and manage postings on our social media platforms.
- Design marketing materials.
- Assist with both onsite and offsite company events.
- Support the team with ongoing projects.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Previous experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance carrier websites is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in customer service is preferred.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Experience with database applications is advantageous.
Your base pay will be determined by your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles may qualify for variable compensation, commissions, and/or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
