In the capacity of Associate Lead - HR, you will implement specific performance management frameworks and initiatives tailored to your unit. Your focus will be on fostering employee engagement and ensuring a fair feedback mechanism to drive performance improvements within the established guidelines and policies of Infosys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and manage all requisite onboarding documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Offer insights and guidance on the interpretation of company policies and procedures in relation to individual and organizational objectives.
  • Talent Management: Support the talent review process by identifying high-potential employees and assisting managers in formulating action plans.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, providing direction to both managers and employees.
  • HR Lifecycle Management: Administer the HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and attrition management.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business units on critical initiatives and directives.
  • Performance-Driven Environment: Work alongside business managers to cultivate a performance-oriented work culture, develop unit-level communication strategies, incentive plans, and execute performance management processes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address first-level employee concerns regarding policies, processes, and interpersonal conflicts.
Qualifications:
Basic:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Preferred:
  • Experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role, particularly in employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to coach employees and managers in a solution-focused manner that promotes positive outcomes.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage small projects, requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis, presentations, and MS Excel, along with the Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
