Overview:

Summary: The Client Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our contract workforce, clientele, and sales representatives, focusing on human resources, payroll, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating front office customer interactions, including telephone and reception duties.
  • Administering internal payroll processes.
  • Overseeing timecard audits and collections, including outreach to contractors and clients for missing submissions.
  • Conducting audits of billing reports.
  • Managing the distribution and clarification of commission expectations and actual figures.
  • Resolving all issues related to spreads and commissions.
  • Ensuring timely submission of timecards for exception accounts to corporate associates.
  • Handling the Unemployment Process, including claims and hearings.
  • Administering the Worker's Compensation Program, encompassing education, claims filing, and alternative light duty arrangements.
  • Coordinating payroll processing tasks, including sorting, stuffing, and mailing.
  • Addressing payroll and invoicing discrepancies, such as adjustments and lost checks.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Ensuring availability of Pre-Employment Packets.
  • Completing pre-employment documentation with contractors.
  • Managing contractor and internal benefits programs.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely entry of employee start and end dates in the system.
  • Auditing New Starts reports.
  • Overseeing the HR folder management process.
  • Promoting Direct Deposit or electronic payment options to contractors and clients.
  • Coordinating the use of courier services.
  • Ensuring timely processing of Tax Credit Forms.
  • Maintaining adequate levels of administrative and office supplies.
  • Managing the P Card account.

Supervisory Responsibilities: The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external customers. This role includes supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with a focus on follow-up.
