Role Summary:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, embodying the ZLINE brand. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to develop their skills. This position transcends traditional call-center duties; it is a technical role that involves problem-solving and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Provide detailed product information to assist customers in selecting the ideal solutions for their needs.
  • Support customers during the installation process with guidance and information.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Participate in comprehensive product and system training.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to devise effective solutions for customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple customer experience cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of phone, email, and chat communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail).
  • Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to retain information about various computer programs.
  • Empathy and patience in addressing customer needs, with skills in de-escalation when necessary.
  • Commitment to continuous learning about product offerings.
