Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide HR support to both corporate and retail employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive cross-functional business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring Mizzen+Main remains compliant.
  • Address employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner, partnering with managers and employees to resolve conflicts.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SPHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.
