Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of HR programs and disciplines, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fair and consistent administration of all human resources policies and practices.
  • Administer and implement communications programs to increase employee engagement and morale.
  • Provide training and development to managers and supervisors on policy, practices, and leadership skills.
  • Administer payroll and time and attendance record keeping processes and company compensation programs.
  • Deliver and provide administration of training programs.
  • Actively maintain involvement in plant continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Be responsible for compliance with records, reports, and communication boards updates.
  • Administer full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Implement local policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Corporate Ethics and Compliance procedures.
  • Monitor and administer Performance Management Process as directed by HR Director.
  • Conduct employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist who possesses a bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field. A master's degree and/or PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP certifications are preferred. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Previous HR experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.

You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as fundamental skills in influencing and persuasion. You should be organized and have multi-tasking and prioritization skills. You should also have a flexible schedule and be able to work off-hours and/or weekends as needed.
