Senior HR Business Partner

At Avery Dennison, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Commercial Teams, including Identification Solutions and Vestcom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR business partnering and consultative support to senior leaders
- Act as a member of the Human Resource Leadership Team, actively participating in key functional strategic decisions and delivering transformation project work
- Work with the broader teams to establish HR standard work into HR service delivery and using analytics as a basis for decision making
- Act as a guide on strategic workforce planning, Talent Acquisition and Management Strategy, salary budget planning, and other standard processes for business partners
- Regularly and proactively engage in direct communication with the Executive Leadership team on key human resources matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- 8-10 years of HR generalist experience partnering directly with leadership to develop, align, and implement HR and organizational development strategies
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to large audiences and the executive leadership team
