As an HR Employee Resources Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting our business in several HR functions, including providing HR advice and support, assisting employees with individual needs, and building rapport with management and employees.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and guide employees, management, and business management to improve employee experience, work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with HR Leadership and Legal when and as needed.
  • During M&A, coordinate with other HR teams, such as payroll and benefits, to ensure smooth transition for employees.
  • Identify and implement training needs for managers and employees and provide input on executive coaching needs.
  • Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Employee Resources Partner.
  • Thorough understanding of General Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
  • Working Knowledge of employment/labor laws. Experience Operating in California HR Environment preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.
