Position Overview: Director of Marketing

In the role of Director of Marketing at InRhythm, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand and go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with clients, creative teams, and various departments to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Brand and Marketing Strategy:
  • Implementing innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • Enhancing the employment brand to position InRhythm as a premier workplace.
  • Creating a comprehensive content strategy that includes SEO-optimized web content and diverse resources such as white papers and case studies.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team for creative client outreach.

  1. Event Management and Community Engagement:
  • Coordinating events such as client workshops, roundtables, and training sessions.
  • Managing communication channels, including newsletters for clients and talent.
  • Building positive networks and engaging with potential clients and consultants.

  1. Product Marketing and Content Development:
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our consulting services and products to identify unique selling propositions.
  • Producing high-quality marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and blog posts.
  • Working closely with the sales team to equip them with essential tools and training.
  • Establishing a Customer Advisory Board to integrate feedback into product enhancements.

  1. Lead Generation and Industry Engagement:
  • Developing inbound and outbound lead generation programs with a focus on targeted marketing.
  • Executing social media and public relations strategies to enhance our presence.
  • Increasing industry visibility through participation in events and creative marketing initiatives.

  1. CEO Brand and Relationship Management:
  • Managing the CEO's public image and engagements, including:
  • Social media presence, blog contributions, and speaking engagements.
  • Overseeing the CEO's communication with top clients through tailored engagement strategies.
  • Identifying networking opportunities that align with the CEO's growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in a marketing role within technology consulting or professional services.
  • Experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in product marketing and positioning.
  • Demonstrated success in executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Experience in marketing to independent professionals and those with technical backgrounds.
