Position Overview

The Client Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering client partnerships within TEKsystems. This position offers a clear trajectory for career advancement, particularly for those passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

  • Enhance sales performance and expand market presence through both established and newly acquired accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by utilizing resources such as Salesforce and Hoovers.
  • Engage with potential clients to identify their needs, understand hiring patterns, and cultivate a strong rapport.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to identify client needs, qualify them, present top candidates, and gather feedback on candidates and interviews.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, or equivalent military experience, or 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in sales (management experience is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in service-oriented sales, particularly in the IT sector, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency, excellent presentation abilities, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
