Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search, a leading national recruiting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join their Estate, Financial & Tax Planning Practice Area in a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, collaborating with experienced attorneys and clients.
  • Prepare and review complex estate planning documents, including trusts and wills.
  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating effectively with clients and other professional advisors.
  • Stay up-to-date with Massachusetts probate and trust law, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex estate planning issues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
Requirements
  • Superior academic credentials, including a J.D. degree.
  • LL.M in taxation preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, with a strong focus on trust administration and tax matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of client records management software, such as Netdocs, is a plus.
