Sales Account Manager

Overview:
Promoting Paychex's offerings by acquiring new clientele and expanding the customer base to enhance profitability in the Sale of Human Resource Services and PEO Sales sectors.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to assess client needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision-makers, adapting to the client's preference for in-person or virtual interactions to boost revenue and market presence.
Identify new clients and referral sources through various channels including phone outreach, direct mail, seminars, visits to current clients, or other local marketing initiatives directed by Sales management.
Facilitate the resolution of customer issues or complaints.
Complete and submit accurate new business documentation, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by deadlines established by Sales management.
Achieve proficiency in technical, competitive, and sales skills. Competency is assessed by the successful attainment of objectives and performance within the HR Solutions and PEO Sales.
Travel outside of the designated area may be required for attending conferences, training sessions, and/or regional meetings.
Onboard HR Solutions and PEO clients, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure a seamless transition onto the HR Solutions or PEO service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
2 years of sales/marketing experience
Valid Driver's License required
Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are pleased to share that the starting base salary for this position is $59,000 annually plus bonus.
Please note that this is the base salary only and does not account for other components that contribute to the total rewards package for the position.
If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
