Role Overview:
As a Telecommunications Sales Consultant, you will join a vibrant sales team dedicated to fostering growth through direct engagement with small enterprises in the telecommunications industry. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships will be essential in meeting sales objectives and enhancing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
2. Set ambitious sales targets and strive to exceed them.
3. Conduct in-person visits to small business clients to promote technology solutions.
4. Assess the unique needs of businesses and provide customized solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service.
5. Utilize proprietary systems for territory and sales funnel management.
6. Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the company.
7. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet deadlines.
8. Build and sustain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.
9. Negotiate sales contracts effectively.
10. Drive the adoption of new products and identify upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in direct sales, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
- Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales to small businesses.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
