As we expand, we are seeking a talented sales professional to fill the role of Account Executive. This position offers substantial financial rewards and the opportunity for career advancement into a leadership role within the sales department, should that align with your career aspirations.

You will collaborate closely with our CEO, experienced Business Development Representatives, and Sales Engineering teams to pinpoint target accounts, develop outbound marketing strategies, and finalize sales agreements. Our pipeline is robust, presenting a wealth of opportunities for sales success. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend Picnic's product offerings, value propositions, and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new recurring revenue streams within target accounts.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for recurring revenue.
  • Utilize Salesforce as the primary system for record-keeping.
  • Transform consistent prospecting efforts into valuable customer relationships.
  • Gain insights into the cybersecurity partner ecosystem and explore partnership opportunities for Picnic.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years in quota-carrying software sales roles.
  • At least two years of experience in cybersecurity sales, specifically targeting CISOs and similar roles.
  • Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including:
    • Developing a territory plan for demand generation and deal closure.
    • Effectively communicating Picnic's value to both technical and business stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with prospects to create compelling business cases that facilitate deal closure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize prospecting efforts within target accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling managed services.
  • Familiarity with working alongside channel partners to identify and close business opportunities.
  • Background in startup environments.
  • Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Compensation:

OTE: $200-300k, divided between base salary and variable compensation, based on experience.
