Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in RF and microwave engineering to enhance our advanced equipment utilized in diamond growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing high-power microwave systems and diagnostics to optimize the efficiency and control of our reactors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect high-power microwave components and systems, including amplifiers and passive waveguide components.
- Provide guidance on internal and external design decisions.
- Develop microwave diagnostics for monitoring reactor health.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred) or Bachelor’s degree (BSEE required) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of innovative problem-solving and successful product/system design delivery.
- Ability to design a complete power amplifier, including analysis, component selection, circuit design, and system-level testing.
- Hands-on experience with RF/microwave testing equipment (e.g., VNAs, signal generators, load-pull measurements).
- Proficiency in full-wave electromagnetic design tools (HFSS, CST MWS, or COMSOL) and other circuit design/layout software.

Compensation:
Salary range is $70,000 - $300,000 annually, with eligibility for company shares. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
