Position Overview:
As a key member of our Test and Evaluation team, the Principal/Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer specializing in Hydraulics will play a vital role in advancing our innovative projects. This position is based in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document Integrated Test Plans, comprehensive test schedules, and detailed testing procedures for developmental assessments.
  • Provide essential laboratory support for integration testing and facilitate test planning working groups.
  • Collaborate with design and analysis teams to establish test configurations and data requirements.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of test requirements to ensure the completeness of the testing program.
  • Perform in-depth technical analysis of complete systems and prepare extensive system-level evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and review of test cards in conjunction with other engineering disciplines and test operations personnel.
  • Support test readiness reviews and conduct pre/post-test briefings.
  • Offer mission control room support, making real-time decisions regarding safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Engage in pre and post-test data analyses to assist in identifying and resolving anomalies, while maintaining metrics on testing status and constraints.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications for Principal Systems Test Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional or military experience in engineering, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Capability to secure Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable timeframe as determined by business needs.

Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional or military experience in engineering, or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Capability to secure Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable timeframe as determined by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Experience with aircraft or rotorcraft hydraulic systems; flight test experience is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing procedures, including control room monitoring.
