Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in RF and microwave engineering to enhance our advanced equipment utilized in diamond synthesis.

This role involves the design of innovative high-power microwave systems and diagnostic tools aimed at optimizing the efficiency and control of our reactors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect high-power microwave components and systems, including amplifiers and passive waveguide elements.
- Lead internal and external design discussions.
- Develop microwave diagnostics for monitoring reactor performance.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record in innovative problem-solving and successful product development.
- Expertise in designing complete power amplifier systems, including analysis, component selection, circuit design, and comprehensive testing.
- Hands-on experience with RF/microwave testing equipment (e.g., VNAs, signal generators, load-pull measurement systems).
- Proficiency in full-wave electromagnetic simulation tools (such as HFSS, CST MWS, or COMSOL) and circuit design/layout software.

Compensation:
Salary range is $70,000 - $300,000 annually, with eligibility for company shares. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, experience, and expertise. We are open to considering candidates at higher levels, with salary adjustments accordingly.
