Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership and sales skills to manage a team of sales professionals and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and sales skills, with ability to motivate and develop sales team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve sales results.
  • Collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
