The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership and sales skills to manage a team of sales professionals and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and sales skills, with ability to motivate and develop sales team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve sales results.
- Collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
