A rapidly expanding, nationally recognized commercial cleaning company is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Consultant to join their team in Omaha. This is a high-activity role that requires a strong track record of success in B2B, net new sales, hunting experience. You will be responsible for hunting net new business and expanding the customer base, with 60% of your leads coming from the inside sales team and the remaining leads self-sourced through identifying and engaging decision-makers.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2.5 years of B2B, net new sales, hunting experience and live within the Omaha market. Our company offers a highly developmental culture with a clear path to more advanced sales and leadership roles, with a stable 40-year-old company with predictable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hunt net new business and expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to generate leads
- Base salary of $65K - $75K with overall earnings at $85K - $120K (uncapped)
- Car reimbursement (mileage tracked via Motus): typically $400 - $500/month
- Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
- 401(k) with company match
- Quarterly and annual bonuses for exceeding sales targets
- 3-6 years of B2B, high activity hunting sales experience
- Strong track record of success and high activity levels
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
