POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing prospect data, facilitating resident transitions, generating leads, and organizing marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, colleagues, and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct tours for potential residents, assess qualifications, and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Identify customer needs and foster trustworthy relationships.
• Meet established sales targets with a commitment to achieving full occupancy through innovative sales strategies.
• Perform home visits and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain contact with waiting list candidates and keep detailed records of inquiries and communications.
• Finalize sales and manage necessary documentation, including deposits and paperwork.
• Assist in managing the waitlist using effective marketing techniques and ensure timely data entry into the Sales and Marketing database.
• Oversee the prospect application process, ensuring all files are up-to-date and communicating with candidates as required.
• Participate in community outreach and professional networking events to promote our services.
• Organize and engage in marketing events, advertising campaigns, and direct mail initiatives, while tracking relevant data.
• Prepare and present census, marketing, and sales reports as assigned.
• Collaborate with the Environmental Services team to prepare accommodations for new residents.
• Conduct community walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in safety programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents and regulations; capable of producing reports and correspondence.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and other financial metrics.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various forms of instructions.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
