We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the marketing landscape and eager to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment that prioritizes creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of competitive proposals, qualification documents, and presentation materials.
  • Client-Centric Strategies: Work closely with leadership to devise winning strategies for proposals and qualifications to effectively secure projects.
  • Pre-Presentation Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to prepare for interviews and presentations, assisting in the development of themes and strategies.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Develop and manage marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and project summaries.
  • Database Oversight: Maintain CRM and SharePoint databases to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Opportunity Monitoring: Identify and track new opportunities by keeping an eye on key procurement sites.
  • Event Management: Organize and support conferences, sponsorships, and key client events.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of graphic standards to uphold a cohesive brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, particularly with large-scale proposals.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams is advantageous.
