The Position

We seek an organized, self-motivated, and collaborative marketing coordinator who will work with and support our marketing manager and San Francisco office. The ideal candidate would thrive in our dynamic, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment. As an integral part of the marketing team, the marketing coordinator will report to the marketing manager and work closely with firm principals, the administrative team, and other senior leadership staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate awards submissions and the internal awards calendar.
  2. Support the marketing manager to prepare and coordinate proposals and qualification packages.
  3. Assist the marketing manager in the continual update of collateral marketing materials, including project sheets, photography, and resumes.
  4. Design customized, branded presentations for meetings with prospective clients and project interviews.
  5. Track new opportunities by monitoring targeted procurement sites of key clients and public agencies.
  6. Provide general administrative and research support as needed and requested by the marketing manager, principals, and office leadership.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, English, Architecture, or a similar field/equivalent experience.
  2. 1-3 years of experience desired. Previous A/E/C industry experience is a plus.
  3. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  5. Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  6. Creative and technical writing skills.
  7. Ability to work in the office five days per week.
