Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across various channels.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives, including:
- Volume Savings & Fundraising Programs
- Mall Marketing
- Create and manage creative briefs for print, email, and digital marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Administer the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and managing invoice processing.
- Maintain comprehensive marketing calendars to coordinate promotional activities across all platforms.
- Evaluate and respond to requests for sponsorships, donations, and events, providing detailed recommendations for consideration.
- Process promotional orders for events and sponsorships, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and present findings to the marketing team.
- Support the reporting of program outcomes, including sales metrics and digital performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of all internal marketing documentation and communications.
- Uphold and protect the See's brand integrity in all marketing efforts.
- Undertake special projects as assigned, focusing on technology and innovation to enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in creative marketing and advertising within a multi-channel retail environment.
- Proven ability to craft compelling creative briefs for various marketing channels.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on marketing operations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in advanced PC applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Experience in successfully managing marketing campaigns with minimal supervision.
- A passion for brand marketing is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
