POSITION: Marketing and Sales Coordinator

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

HOURS: Full Time, including some evenings, weekends & holidays

COMPENSATION: $75,000

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is essential in assisting the marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility, drive ticket sales, and improve customer engagement for the Ambassador Theatre Group's productions across premier venues.

The successful candidate will be involved in various marketing functions, including event coordination, corporate sales, membership initiatives, advertising, digital outreach, social media engagement, promotions, and public relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the marketing leadership in the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for productions and membership programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including advertising, group sales, public relations, and customer service, to implement effective marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Engage with group and corporate sales clients through proactive outreach to promote ticket sales and enhance customer retention.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional flyers, and social media posts.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to organize events and community outreach programs that foster local partnerships.
  • Coordinate publicity events and strategies, liaising with production teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in managing ticket distribution for special programs, including VIP hospitality initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve audience services and overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about live entertainment and customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and basic HTML coding is a plus.
