Summary
GForce Life Sciences is a leading innovator in the biotechnology sector, specializing in oncology solutions. The Director of Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards will collaborate closely with the VP of HR to spearhead the organization’s talent acquisition and rewards initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning recruitment, compensation, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies with the company’s overarching goals. The successful candidate will also manage the tactical execution of talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective recruitment and tracking of progress.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition (50%):
o Collaborate with the VP of HR to formulate and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
o Engage with leadership to anticipate talent requirements, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
o Lead the design and execution of recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding.
o Oversee the recruitment process across the organization, particularly within the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
o Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipelines and time-to-fill statistics.
o Educate and guide the workforce on DEI principles to maintain a diverse talent pool.
• Total Rewards (20%):
o Partner with the VP of HR to develop and implement compensation and total rewards strategies that support organizational objectives.
o Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
o Conduct market analyses to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
o Maintain the Job Leveling structure and ensure its effective application across the organization.
o Collaborate with finance and HR leadership on budgeting and cost analysis related to total rewards programs.
• Senior HR Business Partner (30%):
o Act as a strategic HR business partner to the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams, providing consultative support on organizational development and talent management.
o Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide proactive HR solutions.
o Facilitate performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Qualifications
• Mandatory:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience, focusing on talent acquisition and total rewards.
· Proven leadership experience in overseeing talent acquisition and/or total rewards functions.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
· Demonstrated ability to execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
· Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Preferred:
· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
· Experience in the biotech industry with a strong talent network.
· Familiarity with oncology and/or immunotherapy.
· Experience in building commercial operations.
· Background in creating competitive benefits offerings.
