Current Opportunity: Head of Business Solutions

Location: Remote or Hybrid (within the United States)

Role Overview:

We are excited to announce an opening for a Head of Business Solutions. This position can be either hybrid or fully remote, depending on your location. As a key member of the sales team, you will engage in consultative selling of the services and products provided by the Diversity Movement, a subsidiary of Workplace Options. The primary responsibility of the Head of Business Solutions is to drive significant new business revenue across the Private, Third, and Intermediary sectors. This role demands exceptional sales skills and the ability to forge strong business relationships at the highest levels while representing Workplace Options with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets by selling employee benefits and support services.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our offerings, solutions, and services, as well as those of our competitors.
  • Identify market and partnership opportunities, creating a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic goals.
  • Generate new leads, engage with decision-makers, and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, including proposals, presentations, meetings, and contracts.
  • Consult with business leaders and senior management to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage sales and marketing metrics to optimize the sales process.
  • Build cross-organizational relationships and leverage resources to secure new business.
  • Identify and nurture new prospects while enhancing relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement a cold calling strategy targeting potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain third-party relationships with brokers, consultants, and resellers.
  • Create and manage a database of prospective clients and track performance using a CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and exceed sales goals for large applications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the capacity to resolve complex issues.
  • Consulting experience with companies generating $20M in annual revenue, ideally in DEI, HR, or Management Consulting, with a minimum annual quota of $1M.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to work.
