The Copywriter is an expert in crafting compelling narratives, aligning the tone, voice, and messaging of brands with their marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and enhance copy for marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition and engagement across various platforms including email and social media.
  • Adapt campaign concepts to suit the requirements of marketing messages while preserving the original intent across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that content remains accurate and current.
  • Brainstorm, edit, and create engaging copy that resonates with a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of brand voice and ensure consistency across all brands.
  • Stay informed about project objectives to ensure that any modifications throughout a campaign align with desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners to grasp channel-specific best practices, guiding promotional language and iterations.
  • Keep up with trends in content and style prevalent on popular social media platforms.
  • Effectively manage time and balance multiple projects while remaining self-motivated and organized.
  • Conduct research to inform and support writing efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting is preferred.
  • Proficient in applying style guide principles, such as AP Style, across various writing formats.
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices.
  • Able to adapt to feedback from collaborators and provide creative solutions.
  • Willingness to work alongside a creative team of writers, designers, and other professionals.
  • Exceptional command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with the ability to offer constructive feedback.
  • Self-driven, capable of working independently while holding team members accountable.
  • Adaptable and flexible in navigating an evolving digital landscape.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples in advertising and creative concept development.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A continuous desire to explore the latest trends, innovations, and creative ideas.
