Summary:
We are looking to add an Operations Support Coordinator to assist the Inventory and Operations team with their duties. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity in a rapidly expanding company that offers pathways for growth and advancement.

The position involves collaboration with various teams, including inventory, technical, and maintenance departments, to carry out diverse functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and oversee stock distribution and shipping.

- Generate precise purchase orders and receipts while collaborating with accounts payable to authorize purchases.

- Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Handle basic cleaning tasks, including waste removal.

- Address basic maintenance needs for the facility's interior and exterior as required (including snow removal when necessary).

Skills:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and adapt to the environment's needs to resolve issues as they arise.

- Be self-motivated with the drive to complete tasks and assignments effectively.

- Exhibit good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members as needed.

- Proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver's license.

- Previous experience in inventory, operations, and/or maintenance fields is preferred.

- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

- Capable of climbing step stools, stairs, and ladders as necessary to complete required tasks.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time

- Monday through Friday

- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

- 40 hours weekly

Travel:
- No travel is anticipated for this position.
