Operations Support Specialist

We are pleased to announce an entry-level position for an Operations Support Specialist to assist a global organization on a contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the collection and processing of physical correspondence from multiple sites.
- Collaborate with mail service providers to guarantee prompt delivery of all correspondence and packages.
- Administer mail portals and inboxes, ensuring efficient processing of all electronic communications.
- Identify and implement improvements for expedited mail handling.
- Utilize internal systems (such as Crosspoint, Packet Expert, Index Expert, Relay Navigator, etc.) for mail processing.
- Facilitate the dispatch of outgoing correspondence, including releases, proof of representation letters, and other requests from various service departments.
- Provide assistance to Lien Service Coordinators, Lien Specialists, Allocations Paralegals, Attorneys, and other staff as needed.
- Support the organization of celebrations and employee engagement activities on-site.
- Undertake additional Business Operations tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and focused on quality and results.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficient technical skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of working independently, self-motivated, and driven.
- Eager to thrive in a dynamic, professional, and team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for mail collection at external locations 2 to 3 times weekly.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
