Property Management Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Landlord Relations Coordinator to join our team at Global Channel Management, Inc.
About the Role: As a Landlord Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming inquiries and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive, log, sort, redirect, and scan into our system a large volume of incoming mail and correspondence, and forward to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Scan and upload leases, amendments, renewal notices, and other correspondence to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our property management team.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with landlords and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
