We are in search of a meticulous and data-driven Market Research Analyst to enhance our operations at Marmon Aerospace & Defense. In this role, you will conduct thorough market analysis, evaluate industry trends, and deliver actionable insights to guide marketing strategies and business decisions within the wire and cable sector. Your responsibilities will also include managing our digital presence, overseeing social media initiatives, and coordinating logistics for industry events. This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the wire and cable sector, including market size and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated on industry developments by monitoring publications, reports, and news sources.
  • Analyze marketing metrics, including sales figures and website analytics, to evaluate ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to present key findings to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on market analysis and customer insights to inform marketing planning.
  • Assist in formulating marketing strategies, product positioning, and pricing based on competitive analysis.
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions to contribute to long-term marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute our participation in industry trade shows and events.
  • Develop content for social media platforms and manage postings.
  • Ensure the company website is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in market research and marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
