Role Overview
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with various stakeholders. This position is also responsible for the monitoring and analysis of the company's performance against established objectives, including budgets and forecasts, at both the brand and regional levels for the Benelux organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare the annual Budget, Long-range Plan (LRP), and monthly Latest Best Estimate (LBE) in partnership with the Finance Head and Commercial teams.
2. Oversee Profit & Loss statements, maintaining a comprehensive view of budget and expenditures. Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing and AMI teams to track and analyze promotional budgets.
3. Conduct KPI reporting and monthly variance analysis, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions for future forecasts and operational processes.
4. Ensure timely monthly accruals and adjustments by working closely with our Shared Service Centre colleagues.
5. Submit monthly forecasts in JDA for demand planning purposes.
6. Proactively offer suggestions for maximizing revenue and optimizing expenditures across the business.
7. Implement efficient and reliable systems and processes to support financial planning and reporting.
8. Drive internal control processes, ensuring compliance with AbbVie’s and Allergan Aesthetics’ policies and external regulations.
9. Enhance financial understanding within the organization and serve as a strategic partner to our commercial teams.
10. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven finance skills in both controlling and accounting.

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and structuring abilities.
- Experience with SAP and Longview (or similar data analysis tools) is advantageous.
