Position Overview:
R&D Partners is looking to recruit an Associate Analyst in Medical Affairs for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the contract lifecycle, which includes negotiation, initiation, approval, payments, and documentation.

- Evaluate the necessity for contract modifications and renewals, offer guidance to stakeholders, propose recommendations, and negotiate adjustments to terms and conditions while minimizing risks to the organization.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on contracts, intent, and terms of agreements.
- Oversee educational and sponsorship grant payments.
- Manage contracts and payments related to research grants (investigator-initiated studies).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or a professional setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Industry experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare managing healthcare professional (HCP) contracts, compliance, budgets, and/or payments.
