Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a multidisciplinary technical team throughout the entire development process, from conception to manufacturing.

  • Provide exemplary technical and leadership guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure the achievement of ambitious goals while effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Oversee daily project operations to deliver results, including addressing technical challenges, managing resource conflicts, and upholding high-performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience leading product development teams on complex technical projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in guiding projects from initial concept through to design and market release.
  • Proven track record in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Outstanding project management and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of energy, commitment, self-motivation, and resilience, with a history of achieving results.
