Job Overview

Human Capital Resources and Concepts is in search of a dedicated Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our governmental clients by ensuring the seamless execution of security protocols and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with military, civilian, and contractor teams to identify and manage event communication and system/network needs.
  • Oversee access control and badging procedures for various exercises and events.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for event support and facilities, including support plans, requirement charts, and process workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver the PWC Facility Brief for each event.
  • Compile and disseminate daily agendas and schedules for events.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with leadership, planners, and exercise coordinators.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites for exercises and facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Event Support team to produce Integrated Master Knowledge Management (IMKM) briefs.
  • Manage virtual collaboration sessions utilizing platforms such as S-VTC, Global Video Services (GVS), Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Connect.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; alternatively, four (4) years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in communication systems including Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.
    • Experience in setting up secure video teleconferences (VTC).
    • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint or similar database systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Security Clearance: Must possess a Top Secret (TS) security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent) investigation.
    • Experience: A minimum of five years in security or related fields.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Administrative Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in administrative support.
    • Knowledge of Security Systems: Understanding of systems such as Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), and National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).
